Common Questions Before You Start

This page covers the questions we hear most often from brands, in-house teams, and agencies exploring editorial link building.

If you need a direct answer about your situation, contact us and we will point you in the right direction.

Results and Timelines

How quickly should I expect to see results?

Most campaigns begin showing ranking movement within 2 to 3 months. Traffic gains usually follow once the new placements are crawled, indexed, and supported by the right target pages.

What kind of outcome is realistic?

That depends on your starting authority, competition level, and the quality of the pages we are supporting. We prefer to set realistic expectations during the audit rather than promise headline numbers that do not match the situation.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Nobody controls search results directly. What we can control is the quality of the strategy, the relevance of the placements, and the consistency of execution.

Link Quality

Are these genuine editorial links?

Yes. We focus on placements that make sense for the publication and the reader. We do not rely on PBNs, spammy exchanges, or throwaway sites built only to sell links.

What metrics do you target?

We look at domain strength, topical fit, organic traffic, editorial standards, and whether a placement is likely to help the page it points to. Raw DR alone is not enough.

How do you vet publications?

We review quality signals before outreach starts, including traffic trends, topical alignment, link profile quality, indexation health, and whether the site looks trustworthy to a human reviewer.

Process

What happens during onboarding?

We start with an authority audit, competitor review, target page selection, and anchor planning. That gives the campaign structure before live outreach begins.

Do I need to provide content?

Usually no. We handle the writing needed for placements. When a campaign benefits from founder or subject-matter input, we gather that from you and turn it into publishable material.

How do you handle anchor text?

We plan anchor usage around your existing profile, target pages, and risk tolerance. The goal is to build a profile that looks earned and sustainable, not forced.

Pricing and Working Terms

Is there a minimum contract?

Most plans start with a short initial commitment so we have enough time to build momentum and judge performance properly. From there, scope depends on the plan and campaign goals.

What happens if a link is removed?

If a qualifying link drops during the covered period, we replace it under the terms of your plan. We monitor placements and handle the follow-up ourselves.

Do you offer white-label delivery for agencies?

Yes. We support agencies that want discreet fulfilment, dependable delivery, and reporting that can fit into their client workflow.
